I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to ask someone about their religious beliefs in a job interview. Family history? What does that even mean? How do they get away with this?

i went a-googlin and chick-fil-a is saying on their fb page that they’re not responsible for this flyer.

Yeah, this isn’t CFA published.  I know for a fact, being both a heathen and a MANAGER for about 2.5 years, that not one employee, store owner, or higher up asked about my religion (nor knew).  They also do NOT consider themselves a “Christian company”, just a company with Christian Roots (hence the Sundays off).
